

EZRA & THE RELETIVS

Ezra & The Reletivs is a four piece band based in Wheeling, WV. Following the studio efforts of Ezra Hamilton in the summer of 2017, Luke Daller and Logan Seidler furthered the recording process with bass and drums a few months later. After recording and a few successful rehearsals, The Reletivs were born.
Their music has been described as a captivating experience thattransports listeners through the beauty and pain of love, life and relationships. With the addition of David Sims Jr. in December of 2018, the Reletivs have gone on to release their first album entitled "Guayaba" in August of 2019.
Ezra Hamilton was born in Chicago, IL, to a former Jazz musician and a Christian missionary in 1979. Ezra moved with his family to New Martinsville, WV, as a middle schooler and graduated from Magnolia High School in 1998. He has been performing professionally since the age of 15. Over the past 25 years Ezra has worked at his craft of writing, arranging, producing, and performing.
Luke Daller, a Pittsburgh native who comes from a musical family, got into bass by accident when a friend left a bass at his house. His musical influences are primarily funk and contemporary jazz artists like Thundercat, Robert Glasper
and DʼAngelo.
Logan is a Wheeling, WV, native who began playing drums at Wheeling Park High School. He continued to study music at WVU and traditional music and dance in Ghana, Africa under some of the countryʼs finest musicians and teachers for two years.
David Sims, was born into a musical family from Pittsburgh, PA and started off in church as a drummer at age 3. He is a self-taught musician who began playing piano and organ at the age of 11. He is a popular name among the Pittsburgh Gospel/R&B/Soul music scene.
